At FHD&J, Lori focused her practice in the areas of venture capital financing, general business counseling, commercial contracts, SEC compliance filings and copyright and trademark transactions. Lori previously began her law career in 1996 as an associate at Adler Pollock & Sheehan, P.C. in Providence, specializing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, representation of closely held businesses, commercial loans and real estate transactions, and copyright and trademark matters.
Lori was raised in Cranston, RI, and graduated cum laude from Moses Brown School in Providence. She earned a B.A. in International Relations, cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania in 1993.
