After leaving Gibson Dunn in 2009, Justin built an advisory practice, working with early and growth-stage businesses and serving as de facto GC to multiple start-up companies. Today, he continues that focus at Outside GC, assisting start-up companies with arrangements between co-founders and structure and fundraising matters. In addition to his broad legal background, Justin is an entrepreneur in his own right and an active angel investor. His real-world business experience helps Justin anticipate the needs of his clients and allows him to assist them to identify and overcome structural and organizational roadblocks to growth.
